I went in for my interview, met with the day shift supervisor. The evening shift supervisor who would be my boss was not available. They said they were willing to teach people what was needed for the type of work to be done. It went well enough, although the lab itself was rather bleak. I sent a thank you email afterwards letting them know I was still interested. They posted an ad again. I never heard from them again.

Interview was set up pretty quickly. Interviewers were slightly late. Questions asked were related to the job listing and they were professional. Nothing too detailed and no personal questions were asked. It was overall an average experience.

A day after I applied I got to schedule a a phone interview with a recruiter. If that goes well your information gets sent to the hiring manager. Then within a week you have to do an in person interview.
