Presentation and then informal interview-very specific job, you either know or you don't. The informal interview part was probably due to the presentation I'd given the person interviewing me, who wasn't comfort with the process. No HR support
They used a Behavorial - based STAR interview technique. The predictor of future behavior is past behavior. For example, tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision.
Fast and efficient process. First contacted by talent acquisition and went through a screening call. If selected to move forward, separate interviews were scheduled with the hiring manager and other members on the team.

The first phone interview was with the human resources followed by a second phone interview with the hiring manager. Questions included past experiences and described the job role and expectations.
