Slow hiring process, went through 3 interviews with management. Focus was on customer service, sales, and relationship building. On boarding process took a few weeks to get background and drug testing completed.

Received an email to phone screen with recruiter. It took about 2 1/2 weeks before I received an update from the Phone Screening Interview so I sent a follow up email to the recruiter. A few days later I received a call from the hiring manager and he went over the job itself and also my experience. A day later I received a rejection email. The recruiter and the hiring manager were both pleasant. I was excited about the opportunity but I’ll try again another time. The role is 70% account management and 30% sales. The job itself seems like a great fit for someone looking to get into the pharmaceutical sales industry.

I applied online and took about two months till I heard back. Part of the process was to take a assessment. Based on the assessment and experience they will contact you. I first had a phone interview with a firm that handles the search for candidates for LabCorp. Then the regional manager reached out after and we set an in person interview. The manager was late to the interview and was very informal didn't have many questions. Besides the standard tell me about yourself and two or three additional questions. I was the one mainly asking questions during the meeting. The manger wasn't very professional and seemed preoccupied.
