1st round - online quiz (~15 min) 2nd round - hr screening (30 min) 3rd round - technical interview video call (90 mins) 4th round - management interview (scheduled 1 hour, ended in 30 mins) All interviews except the last one were professional and friendly, the quiz was fairly easy and I got through with only 70%. The technical interview was like pair programming and really friendly, I also got some knowledge out of this. However the last interview was a bad experience. My last company shut down during my probation period (I worked there last than 3 months) and the interviewer was extremely fixated on what the companies product was. I was a frontend developer and I explained my part in creating the product and I tried to move the conversation to my previous experiences of which I could have explained better. Maybe it was because english is a second language for me and there was a slight language barrier also but I could not shake the feeling the interviewer wanted the reasons of the company failure from me. Unfortunately this last interview made it all a time waste.
