My interview process felt oddly strenuous for a barista position. I had a phone screening, an in-person interview with the store manager, and a Teams meeting with the district manager.

Pleasant people, great energy. The hiring manager was very nice and kind. I was able to drink coffee during my interview. I felt very comfortable talking to this person that I have never met before.
