I came in person, asked for an application from the cashier. I filled it out, came back, asked if the manager was there and if I could speak with them to turn in my resume. She led me to the manager, who told me to take a seat and they'd have someone to interview me in awhile. Maybe 10 minutes later, another person came out and interviewed me briefly. It was fairly casual and she asked common interview questions.
