I was called by LVT HR for an interview. The HR manager setup an interview with me and QA manager right after talking to me. The interview went well with QA manager. Later I had another interview with two employees to ask me some of technical questions on the backend testing. Once I met the two employees and manager, I feel this will be a great company to work with, so I decided to take the offer and I'm excited to work with them. Hope I can make a good contribution for this company.

The first interview was a code screening. I like it better than most because instead of solving for algorithms you never use in your job like most companies they had me analyze code and figure out how to fix tests. There were another 4 interviews in a row and they were mostly conversational to figure out how I think about testing, development processes, communication, etc. Overall it was one of the more effective interview processes I've experienced.
