The first interview was conducted over the phone. During the call, I essentially read my resume to her, even though she already had a copy of it. After that, I completed a personality quiz at home and followed it with an in-person questionnaire at their office the next day. They mentioned that the questionnaire had no bearing on my application status. Three business days later, I received an email saying that I was no longer a candidate for the position. Try to figure that out! LOL!
