One of my most challenging interview experiences occurred early in my career, during a panel interview where it became clear that the interviewers hadn’t reviewed my resume. The questions were scattered, some unrelated to the role, and at times, contradictory. I did my best to stay calm and adapt, but the lack of structure and engagement made it difficult to build rapport or present myself clearly. While the experience was discouraging at the time, it taught me to stay composed under pressure, ask clarifying questions, and assess a company's interview culture more carefully. It reinforced the importance of mutual fit — not just being evaluated, but also evaluating whether the environment is one I want to grow in.
