I was selected through an on-campus drive. First, we had to clear one online assessment, which was easy. After that, i got mail for an interview My interview experience was too good. They only asked about the fundamentals of Java and database management systems because my preferred programming language is Java.

I had three rounds in the interview process: Aptitude Test – This was the first round. After clearing it, I was shortlisted for the technical interview. Technical Interview (35–40 minutes) – The interviewer asked me in-depth questions about my project, followed by questions on Oops concepts and SQL. The discussion was detailed but conversational. I was able to answer most of the questions and cleared this round. HR Interview (10 minutes) – This round was more about general questions, such as “Why LTIMindtree?” and “Are you open to relocation?”. After about a month, I received the offer letter.
