The interview process was completed, and HR discussions regarding the compensation were conducted. However, after the package discussion, there was no further communication from HR. Follow-ups through calls and messages were unanswered, which caused unnecessary delays and uncertainty.

Questions were mainly based on Salesforce technical skills, project experience, and scenario-based discussions related to real-time implementations.
Overall, the experience was positive, but the onboarding process felt a bit rigid. A more flexible and streamlined approach would make it even better. It takes a lot of time
