First 2 rounds they took 1 month to finalize. Third round, they asked me to come to the nearest LTIMindtree office. They required to have a virtual round with some senior delivery leader from a recruiter laptop only. When I reached the office, this interviewer didn't join for 10mins. Upon joining he said he is stuck with some prod issue and asked me to wait for 2 hours. The recruiter negotiated the wait time with him saying candidate has travelled to LTI office for this scheduled interview. Interviewer agreed for 30mins wait. I waited at their reception. I was called back after 45mins, not 30mins as agreed. Interviewer took first-half of the interview from his car while driving, second-half from his home eating over the video call after the long wait I'd already been through. During my ongoing interview, HR sat along with me in same room, first asked me to show my ID, then asked me to speak loudly, then asked me to interrupt and correct the interviewer when he said my name wrong, then continued to watch videos on his phone during my ongoing interview. Given the circumstances created by these people, the interview was unsuccessful.
