Hiring Manager Round: The hiring manager round focused more on role fit, ownership, and real-world experience. Questions were centered on previous work, decision-making, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and how the candidate approaches complex problems in production environments. HR Round: The final round was an HR discussion covering culture fit, career goals, compensation expectations, and notice period. The conversation was straightforward and transparent.
