The interview process for the Graduate Engineer Trainee role at LTIMindtree consisted of two rounds — a Technical Round and an HR Round. 1. HR Round: The HR interviewer was equally warm and approachable. The questions were general in nature, focusing on understanding my personality, communication skills, and work ethic. Some of the topics included how I manage tasks in a time-constrained environment, my willingness to relocate, and my motivation to join LTIMindtree. This round lasted around 10 minutes, and it felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview. Overall, the experience was very positive. Both interviewers made me feel comfortable, and the discussions were insightful. It was a great opportunity to showcase my technical knowledge and personality in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere.
