This was an on-campus drive. People are categorized into level 0 and level 1 based on overall performance.
CTC Offered:
level 0 - 4 lpa
level 1 - 5 lpa
Interview Process:
1. Aptitude round:
It was an online assessment basic questions were asked from Time, speed, distance, profit & loss, age, numbers, S.I, C.I etc. (basic concepts from important topics in aps)
2. Communication round:
This round mostly focused on English grammar. (pretty easy)
3. Coding round:
given 2 simple coding questions like finding duplicate numbers , Fibonacci etc. (1 out of 2 questions would feel like its a bit difficult but of level easy). People who cleared atleast 1 question got shortlisted.
3. Interview:
The interviewer asked questions from my resume. You might have heard this n number of times but again only include the tech stack that you can answer in your resume.
Questions were from dbms queries, Java, Python fundamentals, oops and few other general knowledge about IT industry.
6. Hr round:
People who answered at least 50-60% in interview got shortlisted and moved to Hr round. Typical Hr round questions. Be confident, don't panic and its easy. HR round is all about your professionalism, manners and your communication skills. Think before you answer for certain questions like do u hold any offer or why did you choose to join here despite holding an offer etc. Answer wisely but don't overthink its not that deep.
After clearing Online assessment. There was berri boy interview. After that technical round and next HR.
For Hr she asked about your leadership skills, and projects impact that's it.

The campus drive was a meticulously structured journey: it began with a rigorous resume screening and an initial communication assessment to find the right voices. Those who progressed faced a deep-dive technical evaluation, involving domain-specific inquiries and real-time coding challenges. Finally, the process culminated in an HR discussion—a thoughtful dialogue centered on the synergy between my personal aspirations and the vision of LTI.
