I applied for a role at LTI Mindtree and went through their interview process recently. Overall, the experience was smooth and well-structured. The recruitment team communicated clearly at every stage.
The process for me included:
Online assessment covering aptitude, reasoning, and basic programming concepts
Technical interview, where I was asked about my projects, core concepts, and to solve a few scenario-based questions

In the technical round, they focused on my resume and basic networking concepts. They asked me to briefly walk through one of my projects and then explain core networking topics like OSI layers, IP addressing, and how routing works. It was mainly to check whether I understood the fundamentals clearly and could explain them in a simple way.
The interview process for an analyst position typically includes an initial HR screening, followed by a technical or case-based interview assessing analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates may complete data interpretation or business scenario exercises, then meet with hiring managers to evaluate communication, domain knowledge, and cultural fit before the final decision.

The HR greeted me warmly, easing my nerves. They asked about my background, strengths, weaknesses, and why I wanted to join LTI Mindtree. I highlighted my leadership experience during my college fest, managing social media pages, and my passion for creativity and collaboration.
They seemed impressed with my answers, especially how I handled challenges and grew from them. The interview ended on a positive note, and I left feeling hopeful and satisfied.
