Submitted application, received phone call asking me to interview. Upon arrival, I met with Mollie & was seated with a loan officer to shadow for approx 30m. After this, I took a typing test to establish my WPM speed, and then left a scripted voicemail to one of the hiring managers. After this, we had a formal interview with standard questions. At the end, I wrote an essay on my experience at LSI. They asked that I call back the following Monday to confirm my interest, and I was hired shortly thereafter.

The interview was pretty standard. Going over resume topic and past employment. They were personable and easy going. It was easier to be myself during the interview. They were prompt with their questions so as not to waste time either.
