Phone interview was very straightforward. They asked questions only pertaining to my resume, couple of trick puzzle questions were also asked. I think during phone interviews they are mostly looking to access if you are as good a candidate when speaking as you sound on resume. My advice to others would be work hard on your resume and KNOW what you have written. 1:1 was easy. They has invited only few candidates and I knew at the end of that day that I had done really well.
