First call was with upper management. It was clear they were on another call at the same time and weren’t following much of what I was saying. When I did get to ask a few questions at the last minute all I got was opacity. Not clear what direction this company is going in. Second call with “team manager” was just as opaque. I realized this was intentional to cover the fact that they don’t know what they or doing or how to hire for experienced people that could help. Both interactions felt like they didn’t have time to interview candidates. Superiority complex coupled with cluelessness.
