Met their representatives during a job fair held at my university. Received an email from their HR to set up a phone screening with one of their Project Engineers. Phone screening was very relaxed. Mainly discussed previous experience, school work, and research topics. After phone screening, I was scheduled to have an in-person interview with the hiring manager and the VP of Water Resources for the Company. In-person interview was very relaxed. Interview mainly consisted of follow-up on items on my resume and why I'm interested in the job and water resources.
