Applied online, took about a week and a half for them to offer a phone interview. Used pretty basic questions conducted over speakerphone with 2 or 3 other people in the room. Most questions were straight forward.

I can't remember the exact wording, but a question I stumbled on had to do with my personal connection to what the foundation does or why I felt passionate enough about it to apply for the position in the first place. it was kind of a curve ball that I should have expected.

Entrevista
The interview was straightforward and the hiring manager communicated quickly. The interview process had a few different phases. The people were friendly and were transparent about interviewing a lot of people because a resume doesn't tell the whole story.
