Long interview process First stage with hiring manager Second stage a basic technical interview Third stage a long take home assignment Fourth stage a technical interview discussing the assignment and solving a system architecture problem Fifth stage meant to be a casual meet the team call but actually it’s a barrage of technical and crypto related questions While process lasted about 4 weeks got through to the final stage and they sent me a generic response afterwards saying they have went with another candidate very poor interview process and complete waste of time, missed out on other opportunities due to this
