The third round involves a live technical assessment, where candidates showcase their technical abilities in real-time. Finally, the fourth round includes a conversation with the business side, providing insight into how candidates would fit within the company's overall objectives.

Contacted on Linkedin by recruiter. All went smooth from the first to end BUT they did not give feedback at all. I made the 4 interviews, they rejected in the last step but didnt provide any feedback.
