During my interview I wasn't asked any questions outside of my compensation requirements, but instead the interviewer focused on how the talent process was completely broken and would take a high amount of work to fix it (he wanted to stress how hard the job would be). I received no follow up after that conversation, which seems to be in line with other reviews.
