• Strong structure (Group —> Individual) • Engaging interactions from owner • Transparent The transparency of the interview was one of my favorite parts about it. Throughout the process I was able to make any sort of inquiry whether or not it directly applied to that specific phase and Coach Carter would answer me with confidence and professionalism. He also kept answers and instructions concise and avoided circumlocutions like many other sales related interviewers.
