Entrevista
1. Applied online, got C++ online test, which I passed successfully.
2. Had a group interview (there were 5-7 ppl interviewed by CEO). Failed this round.
They have a very weird interview process.

Pregunta 1
1. C++ test- pretty average level,- inheritance, smart poiners, virtual functions. If you have 1-2 years of experience, you're highly likely pass it.
2. Stupid game proposed by CEO:
Imagine you are having a final exam in college. A person from the left side asks to pass a paper with an answer to a person from right side. Would you agree to pass the paper or would not?
There were a few follow ups, like professor would not notice it, there would be some financial impact, that is treated as crime in that University, ...etc.
So finally only people who said they would NOT pass the paper were selected for the next round.
So if you want to pass- say you will not pass the paper to the person on the right side. :)

Entrevista
First it was online test for 2 programming languages. Pretty meticulous though. Results were sent to my email and after that, HR manager called and scheduled collective call with CEO and common questions about cheating on an exam. I answered - do not cheat anyway and was invited to the next stage - technical interview with team lead and senior, as I understood. In the end it was another oline test on company culture
