Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en L3Harris
Entrevista
The entire interview process consisted of an hour long interview with a panel of 3 software engineers followed immediately by a 30 minute interview with the software engineering manager. While it seemed extremely daunting going I to it, it was actually quite a pleasant experience. I felt comfortable from the very beginning.

Tell me about a time you missed a deadline and how you handled it.
Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en L3Harris (Clifton, NJ) en oct 2019

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating interview experience. After HR reached out and scheduled the interview with me, I drove over 2 hours to the Clifton location, only for HR to tell me when I got there that the individual who would be interviewing me was not in that day and it would have to be rescheduled. After repeated emails to the HR person (who doesn't even work at the NJ location) they still didn't reach out to reschedule! Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of 4 hours round trip of driving time and gas. Worst interview experience ever!

Didn't even get to that stage because of this unprofessional experience! No candidate deserves to be treated this way!
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en L3Harris (Palm Bay, FL) en nov 2018
Entrevista
I got flown in for a Super Day after being recruited from a conference. I had two behavioral interviews, two phone interviews, and two technical reviews. They were very nice. We got taken to a bar for a Happy Hour and a seaside hotel to talk to employees that have been at the company for a varying number of years. Very informative, comfortable, not super intimidating.

They asked me about how I perform in a collaborative space, to describe the technical details of one of my projects, several technical questions in the coding language I'm most comfortable with which was Python and Java.
