Interview process was great and straightforward. I applied to this position and a recruiter quickly reached out and set up (2) interviews - (1) with Hiring Manager and (1) with group of Managers from other group. The interviews were very pleasant and and not difficult, but felt they went well and reiterated why I wanted to be a part of L3Harris. After the interviews took place, the recruiter followed up about next steps and gave me a timeline on when to expect a decision. Then I got completely ghosted! This is expected nowadays, but thought this would have a different outcome from L3Harris - not even an automated rejection email.
