Applied directly to the store, was given a phone interview with the store manager a few days later. During the phone interview I was asked what I knew about L'Occitane. At the end of the phone interview we organised a time to come in for the face-to-face interview the following week. The phone interview took about 10-15 minutes. The face-to-face interview was with the store manager and was very causal and friendly. I was asked a few questions and asked to sell the interviewer some shea hand cream (I was given five minutes to prepare beforehand). There were no competency based questions. We then went over availability for shifts. The whole interview took less than half an hour.
