There was a group of about 10 of us and everyone was in L.L. Bean type laid back clothing (khaki pants w/ a casual shirt/polo) and we all sat around in a cirlce the 3 interviewers. In the middle of questioning they had us set up a tent, partly to show how we interacted with others/to ease our nerves I guess. After about 1.5 hours, it was over and if you are called out of the room, it probably means you don't get the job because they were hiring on the spot. Customer Service was highly favored, along with personal sporting activities and building a sale.
