It was super easy. First, I had a 15 minute phone call with a recruiter just to see if I was a good fit for the role. I then had a 30 minute conversation with the hiring manager.

There was just a one-day hiring process where they flew about 30-40 candidates out to their headquarters. It was pretty relaxed and everyone was really nice. There was a general luncheon and information session which split into two 30 minute interviews. The interviews we not that difficult, they just wanted to understand your personal background and experiences. They did ask a short case question.
