Entrevista
1st round: Technical questions like how to get WACC, NPV, Free Cashflow and etc;
2nd round: Excel test - a very typical managerial accounting type of problem;
3rd round: Powerpoint presentation on the results of the Excel test (in depth analysis and recommendations) + STAR questions (tell me a time when you work in a team, tell me a time when you have to convince your supervisor with numbers and analysis.)
