Laid back took tour of plant & job applied for, met the supervisor & manager. Talked about having to work temp to hire witch you have to do sometimes up to 12 months. Vac. Sick pay build up, insurance, only bad part is going threw temp agency, love the interview process, don't make you feel anxious or stupid
