This is by far the worst (so far) interview process I have ever gone through. 1) I applied online, was contacted by a talent acquisition team member (who is a contractor to Kyndryl), 2) completed an initial interview session with a team member, nice person, however they didn't know how to use their camera, was sitting in front of a window w/ sun beaming into their laptop - even with that pretty decent conversation, was obvious they are overwhelmed and badly need to expand the team 3) the initial TA either left or assigned some recruitments to another person - the 2nd TA struggled for a while to get call scheduled 4) panel interview with a few team members, most of them weren't paying attention and repeated the question that was pretty much just asked 5) New TA asked me for more time to schedule a final call 6) and then.. nothing.

Chaotic and unstructured, no process, interviewer couldn’t even answer the most basic questions about the role. Referred me to the job spec. Very much a one way process, interviewer asked very broad questions. Didn’t give me any time to ask him questions. 3 interviews in and zero feedback….
