Applied online and received rquest for screen with Sr Recruiter, then scheduled interview with hiring manager, then virtual panel screen with 3 additional participants where I needed to present a PPT presentation. This process stretched approx 3-weeks. I was told they needed to fill this ASAP. I never spoke with anyone after that, it was email responses and you could tell they were AI assisted responses at times (calling you by last name). Then there was a delay as they were reviewing information internally, then there was a hold in place due to ongoing internal factors but were expecting to have more clarity by mid-next week. This response continued over the next 6 weeks. I found out the Hiring Manager had moved to another company and the following day I received the rejection email from Kymeta Recruiting which felt very impersonal. End-to-end process was 11 weeks.
