A couple of phone calls follows by an interview in person. Right into training. Interview took about an hour and usually they like to fill vacancies so we got right into the training. It is easy to pick up and very customer service driven.

It was a situation based interview asking about a time when certain things happened or what I would do of certain things happened during my shift. Overall very straightforward and easy.
