Took too long in my opinion. Had to approach the Store Leader (Manager) and advise that I had applied - then they finally looked at my electronically submitted application materials and granted an interview (hired pretty much on the spot). They wanted 7 (seven) references! Most Fortune 500 companies don't even want that many. Usually 3 are standard but I have never been asked to supply more than four.
