To this day it's been the most bazaar interview process I've ever seen in a company. Normally for a standard QA Tester role, you get a webcam interview and then an interview with managers. Usually a 2 step process before getting an offer. Kwale, take it a step further, you have a phone interview, interview, interview with hr then interview with the board of directors. Which seems like overkill to me for a QA Tester role.
