Be careful.
Kuno reached out by email with promise and interest, however, this failed to be the case. When I arrived to the Zoom Call the time had been changed to 9:30AM - Mountain / AZ.
Inquiring through email about this shift in time 8:34 AM Mountain /AZ time. I was told I didn't show. Still waiting in the meeting room, and with provided images. Fast replies became no replies.
Not a good look. Idk why this sudden change happened, but even before hiring I was lied on red flag #1. Truly disappointed in the professionalism of this. Some of us need this time to prepare we have responsibilities and deadlines too.

Hiring coordinator/HR person was very nice, via email. The team of three I interviewed with...not so much.
General tip: you shouldn't have a panel of interviewers if the members of that panel haven't coordinated prior to the interview!
The lack of professionalism this particular trio conveyed was astounding. The lead interviewer was stiff, unemotional, and was clearly disinterested in talking to me. There was a nice young woman who didn't talk much, but who came off as the most genuine, and then a young man who was spinning around in his desk chair the entire time, looking away from the camera (probably at his phone).
They asked generic questions and didn't seem to be listening to my responses. It wasn't clear what they were trying to assess based on the questions they asked; maybe to see how much they could make fun of me for afterwards?
When I asked my questions at the end, they seemed confused and slightly annoyed, like I shouldn't have any questions whatsoever.
Oftentimes, even if an interviewer is not personable, you can come away from an interview knowing you did the best you could do, regardless of how seriously the person interviewing you took it. Not with Kuno.
It's especially disappointing because the company is apparently 100% employee owned, which you'd think would make their employees happy and more likely to try to connect with job candidates.
Overall, I'm happy I didn't get an offer, because such a group seems like it would be a nightmare to work with!
