They asked you to come during their work hours and asked you about your experience working with children. There are times when they asked you if you did Kumon previously if you stated it when you sent in your resume through email.

Super simple. I had an initial phone screening, and they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. During the interview, they asked me about myself, gave me a tour, and explained the work hours while discussing which schedule would work best for me.
Quick and easy in about 3-4 questions. I walked right in and got things started. I was seated in the classroom and it was only the franchise owner that interviewed me.
The interview was extremely short and contained brief questions. Not a lot of them referred to any prior knowledge regarding math or English skills. The most important ones are regarding one's ability to work with children.
