Entrevista
I walked in and asked if I could apply for a job. She sat me down and just stated talking to me, no resume or application needed. She asked me what classes I had taken in high school, and when I was free. I was referred by a friend, and she doesn't really interview. Instead, you take a placement test that knows your knowledge with math and reading. You should just know basic math (fractions, conversion, solving for variables, etc)
1. It was a brief phone call it figure out a schedule whether you can come in to taken an exam.
2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning. By tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, I fostered a strong sense of interest and participation in the subjects at hand
