I did not undergo any interview. I was already working in Marketing Research so I was directly invited for the induction day. We did have a discussion on the experience. There is a cool off period of 20 hours where a person needs to demonstrate their skills which is on job experience and also to get familiar with the processes.

Get phone calling from them, and decide the date of training. They do not have strict interview. After ending the training and briefing, you can start your job straight away.
