Long and confused interview process! None of them wanted the responsabiity to give me a feedback. Initially they told me about 3 steps, then 4 with a case-study project. After 2 months and half (every time after the interview I had to follow up them with several emails to have a feedback) they told me that my seniority was not enough... I think it was not necessary almost 3 months, 4 interviews with at least 7-8 different interviewer, several roles play and a project. They are looking for new ideas only, not for new team member. At the final step my interviewer was a girl hired from 2 weeks, she asked me about handling of several sales situation, but for sure she did not know what was the right answers. If you are involved on this application process, don't wast your time.
