Very open, casual and conversational. My interview process took a bit longer so they could match me to the best position. I wasn't offered the job I had originally applied for, but that is exciting for me- very unexpected and I have the opportunity to learn new things! After an initial 15 min. face to face, I had a couple of phone interviews and 3 more face to face interviews with multiple team members. All of the interviews left me inspired and energized. I met with/spoke to 8 creative, knowledgeable and talented people over the course of a month. Everything about the interview process impressed upon me that this was a group of crazy amazing people who are passionate about what they do. Everyone I met with fully embodied the culture, character and caliber of people with whom I would be honored to collaborate.
