First a brief phone interview was conducted. Then I was scheduled for an interview and an email confirmation was sent to my email. The interviewer and I conversed on the way to the office. After just a couple of questions, an oral drug test, and a background check, I had the job.

Interview was very brief and only asked me my previous employment history and availability. I was then given a run down of what the position would entail and had to sign a couple papers proving that it was explained to me. Overall not too bad and was very laid back.

Rote, simplistic, smarmy interviewer. Typical open ended questions regarding customer service. I got the distinct impression that I was being eliminated due to my age. I frequently shop at the store and there are very few employees over age 45.
