Telephone interview had three people, then a fourth jumped on, and one asked questions. I learned later the immediate supervisor turned in their notice two days later. It was odd to have a panel that didn't really speak. Questions were all textbook, not the interviewers own. It was very impersonal, but also a Fortune 15 company not far out of a voluntary retirement. There's not a lot of experience left it appears.
