1. First contact was via their talent acquisition personnel. Discussed the role and they wanted to move forward. 2. Next round was to meet with the hiring manager and team. 3. Met with what was supposed to be the hiring manager and the team. The talent personnel submitted me to the wrong role. The team saw a good fit within the company. The talent personnel ghosted and never returned any follow up emails or phone calls.
