There is a phone interview first and then you do an in person group interview. Very easy, I think they higher anyone that passes background and drug test as long as you have availability.

It was super quick & easy. They didn’t ask to many questions, the interview wasn’t hard at all. The main focus was if you could work weekends. They also asked if I did any extra curriculum activities and things like that
It’s fairly easy they ask some sample questions. If you have experience in a pickup department you’ll get hired on the spot. They’ll usually be understaffed so no need to worry abt availability
