Overall the interview process was fairly straight forward and the interview itself lasted about 30 minutes. It was mostly general questions and was pretty easy. It was a very relaxed interview and would recommend it.
In person and simple group interview. Oral drug test followed. After drug testing we were given a comprehensive overview of the history of the company as well as union benefits.

Very quick and I honestly could've done this on the phone. It was brief and they just wanted to know how much you could lift. The guy who interviewed me was pleasant
group interview of about 5-8 people. Later each individual talks to hiring manager about the salary. The hiring manager tells them if the position is still available and you can negotiate with her.
