Quick basic phone questions after applying through monster or other online job site. Then scheduled in person interview, with hiring store manger. Got hired on spot and did interview drug screening same day. It was a fast process.
Applied online, got a phone call after a few days to schedule an interview. Time between application and first day was about two weeks because it was difficult to get a hold of the managers.
